No parties or events; only confirmed guests may stay overnight No smoking anywhere on property (inside or outside) Filming/photography (to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, etc.) requires Pre-Approval. There will be an additional, separate fee applied and a COI must be provided. Small gatherings may be allowed with prior approval No outdoor music or excessive noise after 10 PM. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund NO smoking/vaping inside the home and NO smoking anywhere outside the home. Guests are responsible for their own items. Owners and co-hosts are not responsible for valuables left on-site Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) Otherwise items will be disposed of within 14 days of our contacting you for return instructions. Please note that the pool is heated to 82 degrees and the spa is set to 104 (standard heat temperature for hotel pools.) Children under 16 should be always supervised in pool and around pool deck. This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval. Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or termination of your stay.
